Meet Megan Higgs

I’m Megan, and I’ve spent more than 20 years helping buyers and homeowners make sense of the mortgage process. I grew up in Washington and have built my career ,and my family life, here in the Pacific Northwest. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me doing a Peloton workout, cruising our local boutiques with coffee in hand, attempting golf, or cheering my kids on at their soccer and golf matches. This community has shaped so much of who I am, and it’s a big part of why I care so deeply about the work I do.

I started in lending in 2001, and through every market shift, ups, downs, and everything in between, I’ve learned that people want the same core things: straightforward information, consistent communication, and someone they can genuinely rely on. That’s how I approach every client and every transaction.

My work blends modern systems with a real human touch. We use streamlined technology to keep the process efficient and organized, but the heart of what I do will always be personal: real conversations, real guidance, and real follow-through.

I serve clients throughout Washington, Oregon, Arizona, and California, and I work closely with local real estate agents who want a dependable partner for their buyers. I’m responsive, direct, and easy to talk to, and I take pride in being a lender people feel comfortable with, especially during a major financial decision.
